traditional coating lines, with configurations that include third-party robots and a moving conveyor
presenting parts to the robots through a paint booth, as well as non-traditional leading edge coating
removal systems that use the latest in laser technology and require specialized BRIC robots.
Automating a manual coating line will typically increase production, decrease coating usage, and improve overall quality conservatively by 30%. Removing humans from the coating booth environment, is of course, as the commercial says, priceless. |
