BRIC has successfully completed numerous projects; as one example is this brake pad
production line involving over 200 products with each made up of 20 different raw
materials in the form of dry powder stored in bins. Each bin was loaded automatically
and moved into position by a BRIC gantry robot, dispensed according to a preprogrammed
recipe into a holding container which then went to a mixer. Our solutions typically include a full SCADA/Supervisory System for full integration of data monitoring & control throughout the production line & plant. Data points from instrumentation such as sensors, operator inputs are logged & stored. Other functionality can include SPC, or quality control parameters and analysis. Fully customizable, our clients are able to choose the features and functions that best suit their requirements, providing the best value and quality system.
